We are an award-winning non-profit association working to increase the representation of minority groups, including women, and to improve conditions and the working environment for everyone in the Danish music and culture sector. Learn more about our work in our short video.

In the Knowledge Department, we conduct studies and publish reports and action guides that are freely available for use in cultural life. In addition, we facilitate workshops, sparring sessions and change processes that support individual actors and workplaces in creating positive movements and actions towards more equal access and space for more people – both internally in the workplace and in the culture they offer and facilitate.

In our advocacy and interest representation work, we contribute to a nuanced, ambitious, action-oriented and sustained focus on equal access, increased representation and improved working environments in Danish music and cultural life. This includes participation in boards, advisory bodies, panel discussions and other work with a cultural policy impact.

Through events, lectures, and memberships, we create accessible knowledge and tools that support development, collaboration, learning, and networking.
